Entries will not be accepted unless submitted on an official Idle Hours South No-Tap Entry Form or by using the interactive form on this site. Entries submitted on anything other than the Official Tournament Application will be rejected. No exceptions! NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED AFTER APRIL 1, 2023.

Lanes will be FULLY RECONDITIONED before the 4:30PM squad on Saturday & Sunday creating conditions equal to those of earlier squads.

The interactive version of the entry form can be edited and saved to your computer for future use as well as printed. Remember if we cannot read your entry, we will return it back to you. To send us the form save the file to your computer, open your email and add the form as an attachment. Do not use a previous year’s entry form when submitting your entries!

If you are sending a .jpeg image from your phone. Be sure the ENTIRE ENTRY FORM is visible. Top to Bottom. Left to Right. We have to be able to see all the fields on the entry form including the office use line on the top, the captains information on the bottom, and the complete name information on the left, and all the jackpot check boxes on the right. Any pictures without everything visible will be rejected and have to be resubmitted.
